Cotter Schools

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign forms electronically and register your son/daughter for Athletics. Please read through each page and section carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Helpful Registration Tips

You will need a Sport Engine account to register, which you’ll create on the next screen. Once this account is created, you will use the same account for future registrations. 

You will need an active email account to register with Sport Engine. 

Have insurance, physical and clinic information accessible. 

If the Activities Office has a copy of a valid physical on file for 2020-2021 school year, have the date of the most recent Sports Qualifying Physical accessible. 

If the student’s Sports Qualifying Physical is out of date, or the Activities Office does not have the physical, the file can be uploaded online during this registration or brought into the Activities Office to complete registration. 

ALL STUDENTS participating in athletics at COTTER, of ALL ages, must have a Sports Qualifying Physical within 3 years of the date of the last physical. If the Activities Office does not have one on file, the student will not be allowed to participate in practice/contests until that is completed.
